Returns & Refund Policy

Because each garment is custom-made to your measurements, we don’t offer standard returns. However, we’re committed to your satisfaction:

Eligible Returns:

● If your item arrives substantially different from what you ordered (e.g., incorrect color, design, or sizing beyond acceptable tolerance) or is severely damaged on arrival, we’ll offer a full refund in the form of store credit.

Alteration Credit:

● If your garment needs minor alterations, we offer store credit up to 100 of your local currency to assist with local tailoring. Proof of receipt or invoice is required.

Conditions:

● Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (excluding fit issues).

Submit requests via our Returns Portal or email support with photos and a brief description.
